OZ TURNERS

OZ BAGGER

Oz Turners are Australian built and are of the highest quality of any compost turner currently sold in the World.  Available in 3 sizes: 1800, 2700 or 3600; Oz Turners ensure you have the right turner for your project and budget.

Our drum and paddles are designed for maximum aeration and product blending. Water can be easily added to the compost windrow using the Oz Turners built-in watering system that simply connects to an external water supply.

Utilizing a simple hydraulic steering system means the Oz Turner does not need counterweights that can add up to 4000kg to the turner, just to enable it to pass through gates or travel down access roads. With a flick of a lever, the Oz Turner simply pulls in behind the tractor like a trailer.

Water Wagon and Compost Cover System can be supplied as an optional extra.

The Oz Bagger is a locally manufactured, simplified, stand alone bagging system.  Compost, mulch, sand, gravel, soil, etc can be easily filled into 15 to 35 litre bags and heat sealed making for easy storage, resale or transportation.

The 3 cubic metre hopper can be filled by tractor or skid steer bucket.  The simple to use foot pedals operate the filling and heat sealing.  A single operator can fill and seal approximately 240 bags per hour with minimal effort.

An Anti bridging device allows the OZ Bagger to process even sticky materials such as poultry manure by breaking it up before it reaches the exit chute.  Built in fork lift tubes allow for easy on-site relocation.
